Photography Apps To Take Your Disney Photos From Drab To Fab

Welcome to this month’s Blogorail Black loop. Today we are sharing some of the best photography apps.

I’m what most people would call photography illiterate. But, having two photopass/photo major roommates on my Disney College Program taught me a thing or two about how to perfectly capture Disney magic with nothing more than a smart phone and a data plan, and now I’m sharing with you!

Those would be my aforementioned roommates.

My favorite app for making photos prettier is Afterlight. I think it has a ton of great filters, and it also has fun photo grain you can add to give your photos a retro feel. Not to mention, if you’ve got a photo that isn’t perfectly straight, or has a weird exposure – you can fix it there too. (And trust me, as a photo illterate person, both of these features are very important for me to have.)

I’m not a huge photo app person, but once I’ve afterlight-ed my photo – I’ve got to share it. Right?! In that case, Instagram is my go to (just like everyone else I’m sure). Instagram is a great way to share your Disney memories and also to find other people who love the same things as you. As much as I love posting on Instagram, I love browsing the #Disneyland hashtag even more when I need a little extra Disney magic. The combo of instagram and Afterlight has lead to some great Disney photos for me, most notably, two of my favorites below:

What’s your favorite photography apps? Anything I need to add to my iPhone?
